Non Executive Director Services

We provide Board-level oversight and governance support, typically 1-2 days per month plus committee responsibilities across the UK, Europe, Middle East and Asia. Unlike traditional NEDs who provide governance expertise from a distance, we bring hands-on, operational insurance experience from having actually run Insurance Companies, managed P&L’s and managed regulatory relationships.
